Before Capri became a refuge for emperors and dreamers, among the rocks of the Faraglioni a creature appeared in an impossible colour. Blue as the deep sea. So rare it seemed unreal.
It is said that even Venus, crossing the island's waters, saw it emerge proudly between stone and the light of sunset. And that for a moment she fell silent, forced even she to surrender to its beauty. Since that day, Capri has kept that creature as a sacred secret of the Mediterranean.
The Blue Creature is born from this timeless legend. From the allure of things that do not belong to the ordinary world. From the last rays of sun that, at the close of day, set the sea and the rocks of Capri ablaze with endless shades of gold and blue.

The Blue Creature carries on the foot the blue lizard of the Faraglioni — the same one that, even today, reveals itself only to those who know how to wait, still on stone warmed by the sun. A slender body of crystals graduating from cobalt to pale blue climbs along the strap, as light and as sharp as the animal it takes its form from. Limited edition, entirely handcrafted in Capri.

Vegetable-tanned leather from a sustainable Tuscan tannery, steeped for over ten months in chestnut and mimosa tannins, no chrome, no shortcuts. Full-grain lining that softens to the shape of your foot. Insoles sealed with two layers of pure beeswax, naturally antibacterial and breathable. Every jewel is plated in fine gold, nickel-free and hypoallergenic, so only what nature intended ever touches your skin.

Every pair is cut, stitched, and finished by hand on the island, by artisans who have learned the craft the way Capri teaches everything: slowly, with patience, with reverence. No two sandals are ever exactly alike, each one carries the subtle, singular variations of the hand that made it, and that is precisely what makes it yours.
Care
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use. Vegetable-tanned leather is alive, and it remembers, store your sandals in their cotton dust bag, in a cool, dry place. Cared for this way, your Venere a Capri will age the way the island does: beautifully, very slowly, and entirely on their own terms.
